Great Houses of Zeth

The Great Houses of Zeth (Magna Gens) were originally the descendants of the founders of Zeth, the Septira, though after the elevation of Septimius Varros and foundation of House Varria in 87 BI, a process was put in place to elevate certain deserving families into their ranks. During the Imperial age, only members of the Great Houses could generally hope to be elevated to Imperator.
