Albin of Minos Bishop of the Diocese of the Cockerel in Boljova Albin of Minos Original article: Albin Lyubka Bishop Albin was born the fifth son of the prodigious Maxmilián IV "The High Hammer" of House Lyubka, Voievod of Boljova in 1290 IC. Albin proved to be a studious young man who had very little patience for the more boisterous past-times of his more martial brothers. He had a mind for mathematics and accounting and was more often found with his tutor from the Church of Minos than anyone else in his family. At the age of 13, he entered the priesthood of Minos as a Flamen of Minos. Albin's early career was somewhat unremarkable: he tended to be more secular than spiritual in his approach to the Church and the few who remained faithful during the Dark Times. In 1312 IC, when the Old Gods returned to the world, Albin discovered he was capable of channeling Divine magic and was called by Minos the Cockerel to continue to serve the Church. With his faith in Minos reinforced, Albin became deeply spiritual himself and worked hard to help reorganize the faltering Church in Dracia. In 1334 IC, Albin became Bishop of the Diocese of the Cockerel in Boljova, becoming one of the chief spiritual advisers to his brother, the Voievod Ljupcho of House Lyubka. Albin is known for being sober, serious and practical, in sharp contrast to his brother and, indeed, for most of House Lyubka. He is fluent or at least familiar in a dozen different languages and often serves as a translator for visiting dignitaries, both for his brother and periodically for the Queen of Dracia in Kzerna. Recently, he joined his brother on the front lines in Dracia's defense of Waldavia against Murgosia where served ably both as a spiritual leader among the troops and managing logistics for the force.

Cyril XIV Zabšinac Voievod of Inalt Antovaa, Guardian of the North, Lord High Marshal of Dracia, Master of the Two Kings, Grand Master of the Order of the White Eagle, Arapator of House Zabšinac, Fourteenth of His Name Cyril XIV Zabšinac Original article: Cyril Zabšinac Cyril XIV is the Lord High Marshal of Dracia and is considered a brilliant military commander and administrator even among his own House, who has a long tradition of military service in Dracia. Always serious in his affairs, he is known for being fair and just to those under his command and ruthless against his enemies, with his duty to Dracia and the Crown central to his very being. He is Grand Master of the ancient Order of the White Eagle, the highest peerage in Dracia: even the monarch of Dracia may only suggest members to their ranks, the Grand Master may decline even her recommendation (though a refusal is rare). Unlike most military-oriented nobles in Dracia, Cyril is himself considered a Master in most weapons and often wades into combat directly in support of his troops, personally shifting the tide of battle to his favor more than once. Though the city of Zabshoga is the seat of his Vojvodina, Cyril is most often found at one of the Two Kings, those two ancient towers that protect the northern pass into Dracia. Despite his absence in Zabshoga, he is adept at maintaining communication throughout his Vojvodina through a chain of logistical and administrative couriers that are loyal to him personally, working outside the couriers of the Crown under the supervision of the Minister of Offices. As Arapator of House Zabšinac, he carried the Coined Shield of the Zabšinac, an ancient artifact said to make its wielder invulnerable to weapons forged by mortal hands (untrue, if Cyril's extensive battle scars are any indication) and grant wisdom to the individual possessing it (entirely possible, given Cyril's legendary tactical and strategic ability).
