Ljoetrlund

The first of the lands in northern Aurea conquered by the Valtanni, Ljoetrlund was founded during the waning years of the Third Age of Man. Despite coming from similar stock, the Ljoetrsynir have become necessarily agrarian in the last century, though they still remain fiercely independent. Ironically, Valtanni raiders have recently begun attacking Ljoetrsynir towns along the shores of the Valtaani Sea, pitting the descendants of Vikingr raiders against those still plying the frozen waters of the north for plunder.
