From Invicta
Invicta is divided into five divisions, each with its own distinct purpose. Though duties are divided among each of the members of Command and each division has its own chain-of-command, each member of Invicta should respect someone of superior rank.
On the chart below, positions and ranks are color-coded by in-game rank. White lines indicate chain-of-command.
It should be noted that chain-of-command is an organizational method and not intended to restrict smooth operations. Command personnel are still command and any member of the Command Staff can and will take command of a situation when required, even if the situation falls under a different division than the one they command. If an order is given that contradicts what a superior officer in your chain-of-command has issued, then members are encouraged to politely let the superior officer know so they can make a more informed decision. Naturally, command personnel will defer to the person who has responsibility over a division when that person is available.
