=The Divian Peninsula

Original article: Divian Peninsula

The Divian Peninsula lies is that spur of land that juts out from the northwestern corner of the continent of Duria, bordered by the White Ocean to the north, the Valtaani Sea to the west, the Betshaban Ocean to the south and, roughly, a line in the east that starts at the mouth of the Velusian River, across to the Ivalas River down to the Sea of Blades, then southward into the Dunshield River, across to the Ulath River and out into the Betshaban Ocean. Geographically, the peninsula is dominated by the Divian Mountains that runs along its spine. Once almost completely dominated by the Kingdom of Koramia during the waning years of the Third Age of Man, the Peninsula is now composed of several nations and regions that broke off from Koramia or were conquered during the Dark Times.

The Pirate Isles

Original article: Pirate Isles

The Pirate Isles are those lawless islands in the central Betshaban Ocean, at the center of the Great Gyre. The largest of these islands include Harshwind, Stormward Isle and the largest, the Island of Tamerynd. In times past, some included Marosh as well, but the rise of Neptaran influence and control on that island has considerably limited piracy and outlawry there.
