Theodora of Dracar, Lady of the Mabean Marches. Medium Human Female.
Overview
The Lady Theodora, it is rumored, was a common woman who Basileios married to the strenuous objections of his family. She is easily twenty years his junior and a woman possessing great beauty and a keen wit, much to the chagrin and sometimes embarrassment of the Prefect. Her presence in Court is constant and some suggest that she is the true power behind the Prefect’s budding power. Recently, rumors have been abound that she has been paying late-night visits to the Legate or one of his Tribunes, but such rumors are only whispered about in the ale-houses and back rooms of the town. To publicly besmirch the Lady Theodora is to invite social exile.
